We compile a document listing your future highlights and news items to be communicated. This schedule will be refined as we go along. It's our roadmap!
Thanks to the elements we have defined together and our press relations tools, we are beginning to identify the key channels for your communications. This is a very meticulous task, as each media professional has unique expertise.
As you can imagine, the media receive a mountain of press releases every day. At Unglow, we stand out with integrated HTML content whose design reflects your brand identity.
Every month, we review the editorial schedule and confirm together the content to be produced for the following month. This step is very important because in a startup, news changes at lightning speed! There is a myriad of different types of content. Find them in our glossary.
We communicate at every stage of content production. Before, to define the direction. During, to include the necessary elements (quotes, illustrations, data, etc.). After, to edit and approve the document.
We will refine and adapt our mailing list based on the content produced in order to maximize your impact in the media.
We will send the content by email to the identified target audience. During this day and the following days, please ensure you are available for any interview requests from the media. It is important not to miss any communication opportunities.
Over the next few days, we will follow up with journalists and influencers individually by phone to secure coverage. If necessary, we will conduct one or more media training sessions together to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible during interviews.
Every month, we work together to analyze the press coverage we have generated in order to assess the effectiveness of our actions. This is also a valuable learning opportunity for your media strategy and your startup's overall communication strategy!
